90-minute Deep-Tissue Oil Massage with Hot Stone Treatment
R500.00
Deep tissue massage will use pressure that is deep, direct and slow rather than the faster and lighter strokes of a traditional aroma massage. This massage is used to break down adhesions that are on the tendons, ligaments or muscles that are the root cause of pain. Adhesions are bands of rigid tissue that are very painful and will not simply disappear by themselves. As a result, deep tissue massage is required to treat them successfully. Guests often notice improved range of motion immediately after a deep tissue massage

A Deep Tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.
It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
A deep tissue oil massage with hot stones helps with:
- sports injuries
- fibromyalgia
- plantar fasciitis
- high blood pressure
- sciatica
- tennis elbow

90-minute Single Full Body Massage with Hot Stones
The Hot Stones Massage (also sometimes called Hot Rocks Massage) consist of the therapist placing heated stones (usually basalt) onto the client’s body. These stones are placed onto different points (energy points, sore muscles, etc).
Whilst these placement stones are warming and activating specific areas, the therapist will take several other heated stones and begin massaging a different area of the body. The heat from the stones is released deep into the muscles, greatly enhancing the massage. It is said that one stroke with a heated stone is equivalent to ten normal massage strokes!
