A sense of balance and well-being
A foot massage can help to relax the whole body, helping you to sleep better, and leaving you with a rejuvenated energy to bring to your day.
Better circulation
Massaging the extremities helps with the circulation of blood around the body, promoting cell repair and growth.
A drop in cortisol
Firm pressure on the solar plexus region of the foot is said to encourage a drop in the body’s stress hormone, cortisol.

60-minute Couples Full Body Massage with Hot Stones
The Hot Stones Massage (also sometimes called Hot Rocks Massage) consist of the therapist placing heated stones (usually basalt) onto the client’s body. These stones are placed onto different points (energy points, sore muscles, etc).
Whilst these placement stones are warming and activating specific areas, the therapist will take several other heated stones and begin massaging a different area of the body. The heat from the stones is released deep into the muscles, greatly enhancing the massage. It is said that one stroke with a heated stone is equivalent to ten normal massage strokes!

60-minute Deep-Tissue Oil Massage with Hot Stone Treatment
Deep tissue massage will use pressure that is deep, direct and slow rather than the faster and lighter strokes of a traditional aroma massage. This massage is used to break down adhesions that are on the tendons, ligaments or muscles that are the root cause of pain. Adhesions are bands of rigid tissue that are very painful and will not simply disappear by themselves. As a result, deep tissue massage is required to treat them successfully. Guests often notice improved range of motion immediately after a deep tissue massage
